ORDERING PROCESS

As we close at 8pm we recommend that customers order in advance whenever possible to avoid disappointment.

In practice, we can only cook a certain number of dishes within a given period of time. We receive orders both in-store and online for collection and delivery, so available time slots can fill up quickly. Once all slots have been allocated, we stop taking new orders, switch off our online ordering portals, and close the door except for customers collecting existing orders.   When you order online we will give you an idea how long it will take for your order. If we've not got your order by 7.30 it's unlikely we'll be able to cook it in time.

Where possible, we will post updates on Facebook and Google when we reach capacity. However, during particularly busy periods, we may not be able to do so, so we recommend ordering early whenever you can.
